Important Dates for Abstract Submission

Deadline for Abstract Submission:  28 February 2009 (this has been extended)

Notification for Acceptance:   31 March 2009

Abstract Preparation

Abstracts must be prepared as a PDF file for electronic submission.

1. Download the Word file (DOC) with formatting instructions.  Please use this file as a template to prepare your abstract.
   
   
2. Convert your abstract to a PDF file.  If you have Adobe Acrobat (full version, not just the reader), you can print directly from Word to a PDF file.  If you do not have Adobe Acrobat, there are some alternatives:
   
   
   • If you have Word 2007, download the Save as PDF add-in
     
     
   • Free Word-to-PDF converters
     
     
   • Adobe web-based conversion service (paid subscription required, free trial available)
     
     
3. Proofread the PDF file to ensure that contents and format are correct.  Most likely you have a PDF viewer on your system.  If not, Acrobat Reader can be downloaded at no cost.

Abstract Submission

Submissions will be limited to ONE presentation per registered person. However registrants can be co-authors on several papers, but can only present ONE paper.
